Adhitya is an NLIU Bhopal graduate and picked up a Masters from Harvard Law School in 2016. He has worked with leading law firms across the globe, particularly, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Herbert Smith Freehills.
Adhitya is a litigator focused on commercial, securities and tax disputes, and is retained by Touchstone Partners to advise sponsors and investors of private funds. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
Adhitya Srinivasan is published in the Asia-Pacific Tax Bulletin, the All India Federation for Tax Practitioners Journal, Mondaq and Lexology, amongst several others. Rashmi Samant, the first Indian woman to have won an election to the office of President of the Oxford University Student Union, in her battle against unwarranted vilification and bullying. Rashmi was targeted particularly for her Hindu faith and identity.
Hours after the election, old social media posts of hers were dug up and weaponised to target her, ultimately forcing her to resign.
