A complaint copy is making rounds over the internet which puts allegations of rape, unnatural sex and sodomy against Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya, Munaf Patel and Rajeev Shukla, Congress leader and incumbent Vice President of BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India).

The complaint also includes names of Riyaz Bhati (aide of Dawood Ibrahim), Prithviraj Kothari (a renowned name in bullion market in India) as co-accused. 

The complaint has been filed for the offences committed under section Section 406, 420, 354, 354 (A), 354 (B), 509, 370, 376, 376 (D), 377 356, 386, 506 (II), 232, r/w 120 (B) of Indian Penal Code, under sections 66(A), 66 (E) of The Information Technology Act, 2000.

It also puts allegation of offences under sections 6 and 8 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012; Sections 4, 5 & 6 Of Indecent Representation Of Women's Act and for the offences committed under sections 5B, 5C of The Immoral Traffic (Protection) Act, 1956.

As per the complaint copy, the victim woman was called to a continental hotel where she was forced to have a sexual relationship with Munaf Patel. She has also alleged that since thereafter, she has been put into a continuous threat of danger to the life of her both sons.

She has further alleged that following that incident she was forced to have sex with Pandya too. The complaint reads, 

"I was also forced to sleep with Mr. Hardik Pandiya in a hotel known as Trident there also the sexual act was committed by Mr.Hardik Pandiya and his two friends who were fully drunk and they committed all type of unnatural sexual activites including oral and anal sex in the addiction of alcohol and drugs."

Apart from this, the victim woman has alleged that on a later day, when she was asked to have sexual relations with the Congress leader and present BCCI vice-chairman, Rajeev Shukla, she refused. However, she has stated, 

"When I tried to refuse to sleep with Mr.Rajeev Shukla I was beaten with Mr. Rajeev Shukla and his friends and I was also forced to dance before them without cloths and in a nude position. I say that when I tried to open the door and run away I was caught by Mr.Rajeev Shuka and tied my hands on the bed with his tie and thereafter he asked his friends to commit anal sex with me and thereafter he also committed rape upon me."

She has also made allegations of threat by Shukla. She has stated that after the first such incident in year 2012-13, Shukla took her photographs and videos, and threatened to defame her on social media will leave no place for her to go. 

She has averred that under the instant fear of getting defamed and getting exposed in society she could not raise her voice against Shukla before.
