To maintain law and order in the village the police occupied the school and on account of same the school was closed up.
The petitioner sought for the personnel to be removed to ensure regular educational activities are restored in the school and there is no hindrance for children in studies.
The Court by its earlier order dated in 2015 had directed the respondent to shift police camp. The state informed that the entire school premises is free of any interference of police and that the school is running regularly in usual manner.
